Requests to redeem Shares should be made to the Manager, Blue Sea International Ltd and may be made by telephone, facsimile or in writing. Telephone and facsimile requests must be immediately confirmed in writing with the original sent to Blue Sea International Ltd. The following information shall be given in the letter: the name, the personal account number of the holder of Shares and the number or value and the Sub-Fund of the Shares to be redeemed. The letter should include details of where the proceeds should be sent. This must be an account which matches the name of the beneficial owner of the shares.

A shareholder of the Fund may redeem its shares monthly after giving not less than 30 days written notice of redemption to the Fund. The signed redemption request needs to be submitted to the Fund’s administrators, Circle Partners. Their contact details are as follows:
